At the beginning of the competitive program of the World Cup Final on the questions of the press center answered the Olympic champion in Vancouver the leader of Russia's team.

     - How were you greeted in Khanty-Mansiysk?

     - I always feel here like at home. It’s always a pleasure to be here, especially on the final stage of the World Cup. We spend all the season in Europe and arriving in Khanty-Mansiysk I have absolutely another feelings.

     - What can you say about the Nordic Ski Center after the reconstruction?

     - In my opinion all the changes are for the better, for example, the rise which went through the viaduct has been removed. The course turned out to be very difficult and mass-start race, for example, is going to be interesting and hard.

     - The highlight point of the season, the Olympic games in Vancouver has finished. What are your chances at this stage of the World Cup?

     - Firstly, to fight for the Nations Cup, even with such a large backlog. And I intend to fight for the small crystal globe in the mass start.

     - Is this race the most important for you?

     - In Khanty-Mansiysk all the races are important.

     - Are you going to participate in the Sunday’s mass relay?

     - All depends on my health. It will be seen after two races, who will take part in it. This is sport and it has its own rules.
